I just finished and packaged a custom AP collective order for a bride...she asked me to make a clutch for each of her bridesmaids -- how lovely is that idea?!? creams and pinks. divine.
just wanted to share these little lovelies with you....
this one has stolen my heart. I wish I could keep her.

mmmmmm....twenty ten. that sound delish. I'm so anxious/excited about this new year and the potential life changes, leaps and bounds, and excitement that it may hold (and no...I'm not pregnant...at least, I don't THINK so..HA!). I just have a feeling in the depths of my soul that there are some big movements about to happen with our business. I'm not getting my hope up to suddenly be insanely booked/what not, just anticipating beautiful things in this beautiful year of twenty ten. and I'm sure the loveliness will coexist with some not-so lovely happenings...
I've been working here and there, making lists, creating new bits of lovely-ness for ap collective (working on an update -- all the photography that goes into it is VERY time consuming), and enjoying my kiddos while they're still home...back to school they go tomorrow .
I can't wait to finish all of our lists. I'm so happy about all the list making that's going on here -- Yesterday morning, Jon, Hailey, Evie and I sat around over coffee (keifer for the kids) and made lists...Hailey even started a 7 things to do before she turns 8 (although she's now on a SIGNIFICANT time crunch)..I love the possibility that the kids may start this little tradition and carry it throughout their lives. *sigh*

yes folks. its true. ap collective is here.
I know its been quite the wait, but hopefully you'll find it well worth it. I know I sure think it is..and I'm still hard at work to bring you more! i actually have more that I need to upload, but thought we just needed to hit the road with what we have.
I plan to update the shop as often as possible, but know that with diving full force into our busy photo season, a ton of my creative energy [and time!] will be poured into that. But with that said, I do hope for frequent, smaller sized updates.
And what do you have to look forward to? well, you tell me! Let me know what YOU want to see in our shop!! I have my own ideas, but would LOVE to hear YOURS! leave a comment with thoughts of the existing product and what you'd love to see more of [or what you wish that you saw!]

We are SO close. so so so close to opening up our online boutique.
I can't even express how crazy excited I am! allllll day yesterday was in prep for it -- Jon was my photog extraordinaire [props to him for catching this in-between-takes shot yesterday...I guess that IS what we do...]! We ran out of daylight yesterday and had a crazy busy day today, so hopefully we'll be able to squeeze in a few more photos in the next two days to bring the store LIVE super soon. SUPER. SOON.
and this I've realized.. I've had to let a few things go. I wanted to have EVERYTHING, each and every idea, that I wanted to make ready for the initial launch. but I just had to realize it wasn't possible. I have enough projects twirling and dancing in my head to fill up an entire year or so of work. for real. So if you don't see something that you're looking for or were hoping for, please be patient with us. We plan to update the store as frequently as possible [these fingers can only take so much hand stitching...and there is one other thing..oh right. the photo gig].

for now, I just want to remember this. this moment. how super stoked I am that this long time dream of mine [a boutique full of my handmade lovelies -- online counts, right? right?!?!] is just about to come true.
